I know some of you guys think this is an awful thing to do to a cute guy (or anyone); getting tapped up naked to a tree on the side of the road. But according to the write up that came with the video, he agreed to do this as a condition of pledging his college fraternity. He'd stay tied to the tree until a passer-by kindly untied him.
