4 Mins -A 2004 Canadian movie based on short stories by Bruce La Bruce, featuring Andre Noble playing a sheltered suburban teenager who is brought into the manic whirl of rough urban life by street hustler Brendan Fehr. Tragically, Noble, the darker-haired of the two and actually 25, died before the film opened. On a camping trip, he ingested sap from monkshood. In the Middle Ages monkshood sap was used on the tips of arrows and swords during war. It takes only a few drops to kill an adult.
